متافیزیک چیست؟

متافیزیک به معنای بحث و بررسی اصول اولیه و عمیقترین مسائل مربوط به وجود، شناخت و جهان است. بطور خلاصه، متافیزیک شامل موارد زیر است:

ماهیت وجود: متافیزیک بحث می‌کند که چه چیزی وجود دارد و چگونه ماهیت وجود تعریف می‌شود.

ذهن و بدن: رابطه بین ذهن و ماده فیزیکی بدن.

خدا: وجود یا عدم وجود خدا و ماهیت او.

زمان و فضا: طبیعت زمان و فضا و رابطه آنها با واقعیت.

حقیقت و شناخت: ماهیت حقیقت و چگونگی دستیابی به شناخت.

 

بنابراین متافیزیک به بحث درباره مسائل اساسی مانند ماهیت واقعیت، شناخت، خدا و ذهن می‌پردازد و سعی می‌کند چارچوبی برای درک عمیق‌ تر هستی ارائه دهد.

خوب است چند نکته دیگر هم در مورد متافیزیک ذکر کنم:

متافیزیک برخلاف دیگر علوم، به صورت تجربی قابل آزمایش نیست. آن در حوزه بحث‌های مفهومی و انتزاعی قرار دارد.

متافیزیک به دنبال شناخت اصول اولیه‌ای است که سایر شاخه‌های دانش بر آنها استوارند مانند وجود، حقیقت، زمان و مکان.

متافیزیک با علوم تجربی تفاوت دارد اما با فلسفه ارتباط تنگاتنگی دارد. بسیاری از متافیزیک‌دانان همزمان فیلسوف هستند.

مکاتب مختلف فلسفی مانند ایده‌آلیسم، واقع‌گرایی و پراگماتیسم دیدگاه‌های متفاوتی درباره مسائل متافیزیکی دارند.

متافیزیک همواره مورد بحث و انتقاد قرار گرفته است و برخی آن را مغایر با علم دانسته‌اند.

 

موضوع مهم دیر در مورد متافیزیک

متافیزیک به دنبال شناخت اصول اولیه و عمیق‌ترین سؤالاتی است که بشر می‌پرسد مثل اینکه چرا جهان وجود دارد، چگونه شکل گرفته و کجا می‌رود.

متافیزیک با علوم تجربی تفاوت دارد چون به جای آزمایش و تجربه، از منطق و بحث استدلالی استفاده می‌کند.

مکاتب مختلف فلسفی مانند واقع‌گرایی، ایده‌آلیسم و پراگماتیسم دیدگاه‌های متفاوتی در مورد مسائل متافیزیکی دارند.

برخی متافیزیک را بیهوده می‌دانند چون نمی‌توان آن را به صورت تجربی آزمایش کرد. اما طرفدارانش معتقدند می‌تواند به شناخت بیشتر ما کمک کند.

متافیزیک در طول تاریخ تغییرات زیادی داشته و همواره مورد بحث و انتقاد بوده است.
